Parker Post Office

Editor:

I am writing a letter for your editorial page about my recent experience at the Parker Post Office. We pick up our mail at our P.O. Box in Parker every day, but I was pretty busy on Good Friday.

On Monday morning I could not find that set of keys with my P.O. Box key on it. I had been praying all morning while searching my car and home and purse for the keys.

Then, I went to the Parker Post Office and, when I opened my box, there were my keys, right there where the staff had put them. I went to thank the clerks and waited my turn. I thanked the clerk out loud and said I had been praying all Morning to find my keys.

I said prayers are answered on Good Friday and another patron in line said prayers are answered every day.

Thank you to whoever found my keys hanging in my box right where I left them. Thank you for turning them into the clerk. Thanks to the clerks who tracked the key back to me. There are good people and good things are happening every day even in these difficult times.

God bless you all.

Sincerely,

Elyse Longo

Parker, Ariz.
