Peaches to the La Paz County Fair. They put on another great show, even if the first day was a soggy one.
Peaches to Miss La Paz County, Maycee Johnson. She’s been trying for the title for several years now, and it was nice to see her win.

Pits to the potholes on State Route 95 between Parker and Twelve-Mile Junction. There’s some nasty ones southbound by Running Man 1 and some more nasty ones on a hill heading north. It would be a good idea to drive carefully, as you don’t want to throw your wheels out of alignment.
Peaches to all the people who have had or are having their employment disrupted by the coronavirus. The economic impact of the virus could be worse than the illness it causes. I hope you get all the help you need.
Pits to all the sports fans who are going nuts now that the NBA, NHL, MLB and NCAA have suspended sporting events. I beg you sports fans to recognize it’s not the end of the world. Get a hobby. Read sports-related books. Play with and talk to your kids. It may hurt in the short run, but, in the end, you could be a better person.
Peaches to the women of America, particularly the homemakers who have to deal with family members who have been deprived of sporting events and having the kids home from school for a prolonged period of time. If you want to yell and scream, I understand.
