Drug Take Back

Do you have any old, unused prescription medications you need to get rid of? You can bring them to the Prescription Drug Take-Back Day from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 16 at the Parker Police Department, 1314 W. 11th Street.

The event is sponsored by the Parker Area Alliance for Community Empowerment. They offer this event as a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of any prescription drugs, while also educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications.

Prescription and over-the-counter medications will be accepted in pills only. They ask that you not bring liquids, needles or powders.

For more information, contact PAACE at 928-669-0175 or the Parker Police Department at 928-669-2265.
