Excessive Heat Watch

The U.S. National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat watch for southeastern California and much of southwestern Arizona. The Excessive Heat Watch for Tuesday and Wednesday now includes more of southwest Arizona and southeast California, in addition to all previous areas including Phoenix. The warming trend begins today and peaks on Wednesday with a high of 111° expected for Phoenix. Plan your week accordingly for 2019's first likely impactful heat on Tuesday through Wednesday.
