The family and friends of a homeless man are asking for the assistance of people in the Parker area in locating him. Carl Cook was last seen in August at the BlueWater Resort & Casino. A friend of his told the Pioneer he has not tried to contact his family since then.
There were reports that Cook said he was planning to go either to Lake Havasu City or Bouse. Friends of his who searched on a dirt road between the BlueWater and the Parker Walmart reported finding a homeless camp that included a mattress and clothing of the type Cook would wear. However, there was no sign of him.
Cook is described as a white male in his 50s. He has thinning sandy-blond hair. He has a thin build. He is approximately 5 feet-8 inches tall. He is missing teeth on the right side of his mouth.
If you have seen Carl Cook or know of his whereabouts, please call the La Paz County Sheriff’s Office at 928-669-6141.
